FAQs
Q. Can I install the BreatheAudio System myself?
A. Installation by a professional is recommended, however, you can install the system yourself. Review the System Manual and the Shopping List on the Installation Information page for help in determining who should install your system.
Q. What audio source equipment can plug into the BreatheAudio system?
A. CD players, DVD players, AM/FM or other tuner/receiver equipment, satellite radio receivers, MP3 players/iPods, or any other audio equipment component with a standard audio out RCA cable connection.
Q. Can I control the BreatheAudio system with a wireless remote control?
A. Yes, all BreatheAudio systems have Infrared receivers allowing you to control the system and its components wirelessly. This allows wireless source selection, on/off, all off, volume control for each zone and more.
Q. When I plug in the keypads nothing happens.
A. This may sound too simple, but the answer may be pressing the ON button on the keypad. When the keypad is plugged in, it does not automatically light up and begin playing audio. You must first physically turn it on. You must also make sure that the power button is pushed in on the front of the amplifier unit.
Q. How many speakers can I have on each zone?
A. The Breathe System is designed to have one pair of speakers in each zone or a single all-in-one stereo speaker. Any more would require adding the Pulse Amplifier.
